faulty transmitter audio problem.Checked 9420 kHz outlet channel now at 19.34 UT in various Kiwi-Net SDRs
in western Europe and U.K. at S=9+40 -34dBm level measured
in SUI, GER, BEL, HOL, and GB too.Typical Balkan flute folk music played tonight.
Two x 100 kW Continental shortwave units of 1996year
are still out of service now at present.Looks like the 3rd 250 kW unit
from former US IBB RFE Portugal GLORIA site
is now in use again - with distorted audio kind.
Moved-in from Portugal to Avlis in 1998 year, and appeared real in service
later in December 2004.Old Greek chap Babbis:
