New Uganda broadcast observations

ROMANIA  IRRS Milano etc.  Uganda broadcast 15170 kHz.
Noted S=9+30 or -48dBm signal on first hop from RadioCom Romania into Zakynthos, Athens, and Cyprus KIWI-Net SDR units, listen to attached recording
15.00 til 15.27:45 UTC CUT OFF FEED stream ... suddenly scratch switch off.
and 2nd recording, start at 15.29:10 UTC again, 40 seconds M U S I C  feed again to 15.30 STOP finally.
At all the time heard an heavy OTHR splatter on adjacent 15180 kHz broadband on 15170 to 15190 kHz.
Tiganesti / Saftica:
at same 15.00-15.30 UT time slot noted also
 5910 kHz RRI Ukrainian via 100 kW Saftica site on air.
 9580 kHz RRI Russian in DRM mode via 90 kW Tiganesti tx #2 on air.
11810 kHz was O F F  air Tiganesti tx #1
