one of the remaining two 100 kW Marconi units working now
- after repair work - properly again.... - and the - only - single 250 kW Continental unit that recently ERT had
been using
{as reserve at reduced power of 170 kW only on very special occasions}
had always shown these 'nervous overloaded audio faults' in past decades.
As it that unit that developed a fault recently?And - yes - it has been replaced with one of the 100 kW Marconi(?) -
now recently repaired units.The Greek in Avlis never erected the remaining other four US-Continentals
out of US IBB RFE Portugal fundus - and was a gift by the US govt -
