I was wondering if any of the broadcast would be in English? I am not
listening to Yoruba hour after hour, but at 2322 check, 9890 is being
narrated in heavily accented English plus music background. Via
UTwente. At 2358 anthem? 2359 brief talk and music, off 2359.5* The
signal direct had been JBA (gh)

Stevens, Washington state, but only bits of audio every few moments.
Starting around 2335, the audio has faded in enough to be consistently
audible (music now as of 2340). The talking's no longer in English,
