At my alaska QTH, currently hearing what sounds like those tones when you
take a hearing test. The tones change in pitch and length. Heard them
twice so far. No ones scheduled to be on 15140 right now. As I type this
the tones are starting a 3rd time. They appear to be playing every minute
or so.
