Scheduled 260 kW at 310 degrees.
Heard at various KiwiNet and Perseus_net SDRs tonight 
in Delhi, Greece and western Europe,

Radio Kuwait that is usually on 15530khz from 05:00-08:00UT
appears to be on around 15455khz just now
and appears to be drifting in frequency.
