I also heard this new frequency at 1825-1857* in Vernacular here in Denmark with SINPO 45444.
I heard it in // on one of the Kuwait Kiwi SDR with same strength.
At close down they announced their website: BBC Pashto.com.
Thus it is not a reactivated Zanzibar, but the BBC in Pashto on a new frequency.

Someone is on 11735 now (at 1815 UT). No one is listed there at this hour except Zanzibar. Have they returned to this frequency? Is there someone better situated geographically who could check the signal?
