English, woman reading news, fair-poor signal. At around 2342 a second
signal joined in, a Chinese (again, presumed) speaker on same frequency,
not completely covering the original signal but strong enough to be
annoying. Distinctive (in a good way) AIR Interval Signal at 2345 and
then into scheduled AIR Chinese program, which consisted of Chinese
speaking and Indian music. Per schedule on DX India website.USA (non)
17530, April 26 at 1800, VOA Africa program in English with fair-poor
signal, listed as via Santa Maria di Galeria.73s,
