WBCQ is now "open for business" on its 4790 frequency before 0200
UTC (before 10PM EDT) adjacent to the Radio Angela music/cultural
programming. Time is also available on 6160 and 7490, and it is
still hoped that music and cultural programs will gravitate towards
4790 while other spoken word content hosts will consider 6160 and
7490, although music is obviously not verboten on the other
