Some Chinese stations on 4 MHz missing

CHINA  PBS Xizang.  At 00.25 UT Lhasa #2 site on SW,
off air on 7240 and 7450 kHz, 
also 9490 and 9580 kHz left the air after short appearance.
Best strongest signal in Delhi India noted on 7385 kHz.

on May 23, 23.15 to 23.40 UT slot:
Lhasa #1 Baiding site is OFF air, probably for annual maintenance from 
yesterday night,
only Lhasa tx #2 from different location is still on air
on 7240, 7255, and 7385 kHz.
CHN 4800even kHz CNR1 program from Geermu/Golmud #916 site
is still on air in 60 meter BC band at 23.20 UT.
KGZ  5129.934 kHz odd fq from Bishkek tx center, Afghan Christian Radio or
'Sedaye Zindagi' in Pashto, S=8-9 in Delhi Perseus unit, heard at 23.30 UT.
KGZ nothing on air on v4010 kHz at 23.35 UT,
Birinchi Radio in Kyrgyz/Russian via
KyrgyzTelekom Bishkek Krasnaya Rechka site.
Maybe opens at 00.00 UT in their local morning ?
