Apparently changes NCS each hour? At 2100 it`s K5WAN declaring that
this is a ``directed net`, i.e., follow the orders of the NCS. Reads
latest warnings from National Hurricane Center in Miami: seemingly
repeating every few minutes, or maybe with slight updating. Too much
else is going on Sunday afternoons for me to render this my undivided
attention. Periodically calls for anyone from PR or vicinity to check
in but never heard any. Is that a positive or negative result? Glad
SDR has squelch, never needed for broadcast monitoring. 2205, partial
NCS call as --WCN. 2306 fluent but slightly accented Spanish versions
of NHC notices. Not much heard later, maybe net QSY to 40m by 0000?

S9/+15 into Boca Ratón SDR I already have running for HWN. I would
expect it to be in the awkward skip zone from most Okeechobees.
