FYI
BULGARIA/TAIWAN    Good signal from Tamsui-TWN at 16-17 UT on 9405 kHz of
RTI in English, but yesterday and today (7 & 8 December) no signals from
SPC-NURTS Spaceline Ltd. Sofia Kostinbrod Bulgaria relay site, RTI relay
in Russian at 1700UT & nor in German at 1900UT on 5900 kHz and not on 6005
kHz, feat RTI in French from 19 UT, Russian from 20 UT and RFPI in Russian
from 2030 UT. New freqs or bad conditions or some else ?
