Arizona Update - 4560 Korea N or S?

Monday, January 02 2023

Excuse Glenn and Rick,

re Voice of the People South Korea ?

I don't speek fluently Korean, though. ha, ha, ha ...

was very surprised about the station to listen to,

in no list from the Korea-Japan secret transmitter millieu
a station was noted.

The 'next channel' entry was the former KRE 4557 kHz occupancy.

Does Ron Howard know more, or the South Korean / Japanese DXer community ?

HELP !

Arizona logs, listed most recent first. Hopefully useful information can be
picked out of here. Frequencies in kHz.

SWL logs times/dates in UTC aka. "Zulu". Assume English unless otherwise
stated. Unless otherwise stated, equipment used is Drake SW1 and SW8 with
outdoor longwire and Slinky; Sangean ATS-505 (rebadged as the RS
SW-2000629/DX-402) coupled to 16' indoor wire; Grundig (early German made)
Satellit 205/TR5000, Zenith Transoceanic (Royal 7000-1 model), and Sangean
ATS-405 with whip. (Assume any station fqy logged on analog rig verified
with nearby digital).

MW Logs times/dates in Eastern time (as per major MW clubs), and equipment
is stated with each log. "Delco" refers to the dashboard rig in my 2002 GMC
Sonoma truck.

4560 OPPOSITION/RESISTANCE (to/against N Korea) Voice of the People, 1230,
Monologue with woman (Korean), musical bridge, then woman in (sounded)
Korean, then female pop vocal music at 1244, and matching VoTP //s on 4450,

jamming heard here -- Fair; CCI Dec. 28 Barton-AZ
