S=9+20dB in Portugal and Spain peninsula remoted SDR's,
S=9+25dB signal strength in southern Bavara Germany at 17.53 UT.Nothing observed today so far

Hello, I am just scanning the 16 meters band and I found this
trasmission at 17450 khz. It seems a Middle Eastern language, probably
Kurdish or Iranian and it's very disturbed. I am in Central Italy.I cannot find any information, can you help me on identify it?
