Unidentified 17450khz

Wednesday, April 05 2023

Maybe it`s the Denge Welat / Turkish jammer strayed down further. Usually 17460 or above. What time was this?
Around here, 17450 area is occupied long hours by some multi-carrier/tonal ute, I`ve wondered what is.
Not a broadcaster.

Hello, I am just scanning the 16 meters band and I found this
transmission at 17450 khz. It seems a Middle Eastern language, probably
Kurdish or Iranian and it's very disturbed. I am in Central Italy.

I cannot find any information, can you help me on identify it?

This is a sample that I recorded:
