New radio beacon, or at least, one I haven’t heard before on longwave, noted at 0030 UTC on December first on .475754 mhz in WSPR mode. N9BNN is located in Lebanon, IN, 840 miles from Douglas, MA. Bill Smith using Palstar R30A and Horizontal Loop. Signal Strength -22 DB.
