MONGOLIA 12084.88 kHz Voice of Mongolia - Ulaanbaatar, 0905 UT, English

thunderstorm static, Nov 27. And again on Nov 29 from 0900 to 0933 UT,
where the signal was not quite as strong. Into Mongolian at 0930 UT.
