website the transmitters are still named Angel 4, Angel 5; and ``Angel
3: Launch TBA!`` https://www.hoperadio.net/ also with some views;
operates out of West Virginia. Seems like some T8++ callsign ought to
apply now. Is the USA FCC involved in this or not? FCC has quit
posting seasonal skeds at
