** CUBA. 11760, Jan 13 at 0745, JBA Spanish S5 vs local noise bursts,
therefore RHC way overtime and way weak. Something`s always wrong at
RHC. At 2322, Spanish at S9+20/30 with plenty modulation. Is

HFCC, TDF Issoudun daily 0800-0900, 100 KW at 350 degrees to CIRAF 17,

uninhabited central N Atlantic between Newfoundland and Ireland. Is
this really on every day, with what content? drmrx.org says irregular,

BTW, KUCO reception has deteriorated. Under `dead` conditions it used
to make it to household radio with rod antenna; not any more. It
always has to compete with stronger 89.7 and 90.3 OK signals, and KHCC

UT bihour is normal and rarely bothered to log, but checking now
following this report: I`m rarely monitoring around 0515 but never
heard a ``s/off``. If so, they must come right back on shortly:

Estacion 4940 seems to be back on a regular daily schedule. Their
signals have been good here (Florida) lately. Not sure when they sign
on but they always abruptly shut down at 0515 UTC, typically in the
middle of a song. Station ID on the hour usually followed by the very
distinctive and long Venezuela National Anthem. Yesterday they played
a Willie Nelson song called "An Evening Prayer", of course in EE just
before station ID. Their programming seems to be very well put
together``
