Since Star Radio, Liberia (Sekou Toure Avenue,
Mamba point, Monrovia) broadcast on shortwave September 1997 to October 1998,
but the Liberian Postal Service wasn't functioning at the time, I'm interested
to know if anyone succeeded in getting verification from them via
their eMail -address star@xxxxxxxxxxx?
