I listened a letterbox programme of Voice of VietNam on Oct.30, mentioned a
Finland DXer, some contents as follows:
Youâre listening to VOVâs Letter Box, broadcast every Wednesday. ......This
week, I would like to say hello to N.N. from XXX in Finland. We realize that
he has sent us letters for a couple of years and said that he has been
listening to VOV. Weâve checked the CD he included with the letter and found
that itâs neither a program in the Vietnamese language nor a VOV program.
