[IRCA] Re: KXOL-1660



Very often KXOL is atop KTIQ here in the city.  I always figured that
they were using their daytime power.  On the other hand, this is not a
daily occurence.  Often they are well under KTIQ.  So, from time to
time, KXOL does use their daytime power...
