during this to check, but 9455 is certainly off the air before 0800
and also off when I check around 1030; while 7730 is on with TOMBS. At
some point after hurricane damage, 9455 programming at that hour was
supposedly put on 7730 instead. Current transmitter grid shows WRMI-11
9455 OFF the air 0400-2300. But blue System D program grid still shows
9455 at 0900-1000 only, including WOR Sat at 0930, while 7730 is TOMBS
thruout. Contradixions!

Military. Apparently finally realized it was pointless to keep default
auto-uttering ``no report received``? NO, there it is Feb 21 at
1811-1823, JBA into Maryland SDR, nothing but NRRs, furthermore, stuck
on the same NF/NS/ON sites over & over, both terminal forecasts, and
aviation weather. A bit better into PEI SDR. Later on to AB/MB/BC
locations. ID and timecheck at 1815 for ``1715 zulu`` and 1820 for
``1720``, even their clock is wrong. 2131 recheck, still nothing but
NRRs for Zagreb, Split, Ancona-##, Thule. Will they ever get their act
together? Gross perpetual errors like these could be deadly if any

This is the long traditional time for once-a-year broadcast of Radio

year. The clickery took a break at 1606*-*1611 and off again at 1612*.
One unconfirmed report from unknown source said this year it would be
UT Feb 22 at 0100 on 15125 via France, so check for it then if you can

scads of JBA carriers. Noise level must have diminished, but still far

all on ``even`` kHz, .0 and the NRD 545 is not subject to images from
MW, where we have only 3 local stations anyway. I could spend hours
checking listings and speculating on most likely sources, but won`t.

``WRMI Radio Miami International --- Important Notice: On Thursday,
February 20, Florida Power and Light Company will be connecting new
transformers for WRMI. This is the end of a months-long process to
replace the station's original transformers, which date from the late
1970's. The new transformers have been installed, and this should
provide more reliable electrical power and fewer power outages.
However, on February 20 FP&L will have to remove the old transformers
using a crane, and then connect the new transformers to us. This is a
lengthy process requiring a lot of equipment and personnel, so they

** U S A. 1520, Feb 20 at 0745 UT, C&W mixing with KOKC talk at almost
equal level, quickly IDing as KRHW. That`s Sikeston MO, U7
5000/1600/CH 5000. U7 means three different direxional antenna
patterns. Normally inaudible at night here, as night pattern is very
tight north/south from SE MO.

Day pattern is much broader yet with a notch toward OKC. Maybe we are
far enough away from that angle.

Radio locator shows address a PO box in Mt Vernon IL, which is nowhere
near Sikeston MO: 171 km = 106 stmi apart (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

UNIDENTIFIED. 810.58, Feb 20 at 0710 and still 0748 UT, JBA carrier
hetting 810.00 WHB is back; had not heard it for a few nights since
Feb 15. This is on E/W longwire into NRD 545. But I can also detect it
on handheld D808, in order to DF it tuned to 810 USB: again, approx.
100/280 degrees from Enid, or slightly more clockwise (Glenn Hauser,
OK, WORLD OF RADIO 2283)
