Comment: At 1038, flute and strings Andean instrumentals and vocals, the latter featuring some high female vocals. Quechua anncts by both man and woman; IDs as "Radio Baha'i-ka" sometimes. Great level at tunein, but inevitably deteriorated with advancing sunrise.
