[IRCA] Groundwave S Meter readings

I took a look at the S Meter readings daytime on gw, comparing them to
what I had before. Some of the Portland and especially Seattle ones have
dropped, apparently tightening up the directivity of the beverage a
bit.. Since 620-KPOJ-Portland went from 5 KW ND day to 25 KW U4, they
are the strongest stations I get outside of the three locals in the
county, beating out KXL-750 and KPAM-860, both 50 KW. Here are the
readings off the Eastern beverage fed through RG6 from the matching
transformer out to the antenna, directly into the receiver.

My closest local is KAST at 6 miles. KKEE at 7 and KSWB at 8.5.
   Portland stations (over the coast range) sits at 70-90 miles.
   Seattle/Tacoma stations run from 110 to 150 miles.
