[IRCA] TP's for Apr 16

Had to go to work earlier this morning, so didn't really get much of a chance to listen this morning.   It seemed lively, but not as lively as yesterday morning.   According to the propagation monitor, the peak was again at 1250UT for Asiatics, and about 20 minutes later for the Aussies.  Looks like I'll have to start getting up earlier yet if the DX is to be heard....

Good luck to Dennis in Grayland.  Some nice loggings this morning considering the geomagnetic upset that took place overnight.
