[IRCA] Echoing Cubans

710 CUBA - several listed - 12/27 0207 - Good in WOR null with two
Radio Rebelde transmitters, slightly out of synch and producing an echo
effect. The second one is 710 # 21 and (lucky me?) Cuba # 100.
870 CUBA - 2/9 2338 - Strong in WWL null with two Radio Reloj tickers,
one slightly out of synch with the other, just enough to make the
top-of-the-hour code "R-R" sound like a continuous one-second tone!
Yep, the ninth and last newie of '08 and the first one of '09 were
echoing Cuban synchros. Gotta take new loggings any way you can in
these grim times!
