[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 10 September 2014

    After improving the past 2 days the Asians pretty much tanked 
today.  What little audio that was around today seemed mainly of DU 
origin.   774 was the only possible Asian audio, and even that one was a 
maybe.
702	unID	     Interview in English at 1219.  Likely ABC, but too weak to 
be certain. 	
774   JOUB, Japan    Traces of what seemed to be Japanese at 1218, but 
too weak to be 100% certain.
828   unID	     Man talking at 1218.  Too weak to be certain of 
language, but it sounded DU rather than Japanese.
Quite a few carriers, with the band below about 900 khz showing more 
life than the upper band, which was pretty much dead.
