BOLIVIA  4201a "R. Nacional"  0159 Folk mx and short ancmts by man in
Aymara. At 0200: vibraphone and the following ID in SP: "Usted sintoniza a
CP3, 1390 KHz, Radio Nacional, desde la Paz, Republica de Bolivia", again
the same vibraphone short tune and went off w/o any other ancmt. Signal was
quite good. Unfortunately, hadn't enough time left to better measure the
exact fqcy, but I think this is more or less .2 or .3 KHz. Nothing at
recheck circa 1000-1050. Is this really R. Nacional?. Enclosed as an
attachment you will find a RealAudio recording of this of about 53 sec
