Cambodia, 11940, National Radio of Cambodia, 00.21-00.24, Music. At 00.23
Full ID in French mentioning also frequencies. Fair signal. SIO 343.

Guam, 9870, KTWR-Agana, 16.00-16.17, ID in Chinese, Talk by male and female
speaker with a bit of music. Fair signal. SIO 343. (Napolitano, Apr. 27)

Ethiopia, 7165, R. Ethiopia, 16.28-16.35. Western Song, At 16.30 ID by a
female speaker "You are tuned to the external service of Radio Ethiopia"
followed by news (English) read by a male speaker. Fair signal but, at
16.30 heavy interference from a station brodacsting in Russian on 7170 kHz
(R.Sweden?). SIO 322.(Napolitano, Apr. 27).

Guam, 9355, 16.53-16.59 , KSDA-AWR Asia, ID in English by female speaker,
Instrumental MX, Closing announcement with address in London, E-mail, by a
female speaker. At 16.58 AWR melody with ID, address in Hong Kong and call
by a female speaker. She also invited to move on 11965 kHz. S/OFF. Good
signal. SIO 454. (Napolitano, Apr. 28) 

Clandestine, from South Africa to Nigeria, 19.00-19.28, R. Kudirat. From
19.00 to 19.12 an unmodulated carrier was on the air. Suddenly a selction
of songs become audible. At 19.18 a male speaker apologizes for the
breaking transmission saying that . "It was due to techical difficulties".
After that announcement there was a bulletin of news and ID. Excellent
