[HCDX] Unid on 1386 kHz

Yesterday evening (Sun 24 Sept) I heard a unid station (probably from the
UK) on 1386 kHz at 2200 UTC.  I have recorded the ID but I can't figure out
what the announcer is saying.  It goes more or less like this :
"You are listening to a (test?) transmission from (Caroline?) Radio 1386
from ....
(Caroline?) Radio is broadcasting from studios in ... ... and provides
entertainment... ... ... If you like to contact us .... ... 88509 .... ...

I've squeezed in the name 'Caroline' but that absolutely not sure.
