   little fade at 20+ db. scrag

   11860 Jan 5 1435-         Indonesia: RRI Jakarta. Expected to find
   BBC-Seychelles here, but heard RRI instead. Couldn't identify it at
   once, because only lyrical songs were aired; but there was undoubtely
   a piece of news or a comment in Indonesian at 1504. SINPO 35222 at
