[HCDX] STGDP 9430

27 Apr checked this new target broadcast Save The Gambia
Democracy Project on 9430. At 1956 strong carrier appeared
and at 2000 into an interview in English about STGDP. A bit
of music at the end and pulled the plug around 2015.
No ID at all. S9+10dB signal here.
