[HCDX] Turkmen Radio in English
16 Dec while passing the frequency 5015 at
1506 noted Turkmen Radio with news in English
until 1510. On 3 Nov I heard them with English news
at 1350. They have no ID in English, just phrases
"that's the end of the news" and "thanks for listening".
