Maybe RFI Paris Mandarin ?

Check the Mandarin program against \\ 9655 from Yamata-JPN, both are RFI
Mandarin towards China.

Is a late freq change, originally IRK relay on 5945, but later changed to
5900 kHz, due of Beijing on 5945 kHz.

5900 0930-1030 43,44 IRK 500kW 152deg RUS RFI GFC
