Not too strong signals here in Finland at my qth.
Had some TV rx qrm.
12010 was weakish, 15640 better but not even near
S9 here. Yep, audio not very sharp and sounded like
undermodulated.
Any change in QSL policy after some complaints recently
in the DX-press :-)?
