this frequency will begin shortly." by OM at 0725 UTC.
"Good evening you're listening to HCJB World R.
Melbourne Australia on 11750 kHz in the 25 meterband"
by OM. Religious programming. SIO 252 around 0725 UTC
getting better to SIO 353 by 0800 UTC.
At 0930 UTC HCJB switched to 15360 kHz. Barely hearing
a few words otherwise useless.
So, 0730 UTC 11750 kHz. Go get 'em!
