Peru, 6019.41, Radio Victoria, 0829-0840 Without any interference at this
time, noted a
program of live religious comments from a male and females giving their
testimony. Heard
words such as, "Gloria Dios", "Hallelujah" and, "Lima". Signal was very
good at this
hour. At 0859, Radio Nederland comes up with IS blocking Victoria which was
still at
