[HCDX] Another AM Log

Peru, 4974.79, Radio Del Pacifico, (pres), 0930-1000  Noted a carrier here, 
but initially no
audio heard.  After setting here for 15 minutes or so, the audio began to 
fade in just so
slightly.  Low and behold, it was the "weeping preacher" in his usual 
emotional broadcast.  As mentioned however, the audio was very weak and if 
the comments had been at a normal level instead of at an oratorial level, I 
doubt if would have heard anything?   Signal was
