Bolivia, 6080, Radio San Gabriel, 0953-1010, Unfortunately San Gabriel is mixing here with HCJB, but still audible 50 percent of the time until about 1005. Noted a male in Spanish language comments in
between musical selections. Signal was poor to nil. (Chuck Bolland,
August 20, 2008)

Peru, 6019.45, Radio Victoria, 1015-1025, Using LSB for a change,
noted a male in Spanish Language comments just under the schedule
boomer currently on this freq. Between 0800-0859, Radio Victoria is
easily heard since she is the only station on or near 6020, but after 0900 "the heavy hitters" are scheduled up and they block Radio Victoria. Using LSB mode is allowing some copy this morning. Noted a male talking with a female at 1020. Signal was still poor to fair. (Chuck Bolland, August 20, 2008)

Bolivia, 5996.33, Radio Loyola, (pres)1023-1030, Noted male in Spanish language comments. At 1026 a female joins
in with a few comments. Can't pickout any specific words since the
signal is threshold here. (Chuck Bolland, August 20, 2008)

Peru, 5939.36, Radio Melodia,(pres) 1030-1040 Noted a male in Spanish language comments here- barely. The signal is threshold and possibly just like a "mirage" so to speak. The carrier of the station however, is at a fair level. (Chuck Bolland, August 20, 2008)

Indonesia, 9680, RRI Jakarta, 1055-1100 Noted a female in Indonesian language comments between musical selection. Music
continues right pass the hour mark. However, at 1102 a female
gives ID. Signal was poor here. (Chuck Bolland, August 20, 2008)

Yesterday while the "Tropical" storm named FAY, was torturing my nerves with it's relentless high winds and rain, in one way or another, it managed to blow down all of my antennas. Consequently, the above logs were found this morning using what is left of my antennas.
