6060   VENEZUELA (non)  R. Nacional   1105-1158*   12/07/08   Via Havana with interference from unid station on freq.  YL in EG gave election returns and translated another long Chavez speech.  OM in SP gave AM freqs for various cities.  S/off ID at 1158.  (Barker-PA) 



7245   MAURITANIA   R. Mauritainie   0930-0940   12/07/08   Fair signal coming in late for them.    Sounded like nx in FR but too much band noise to recognize any familiar names.  (Barker-PA) 



9560   AUSTRALIA   R.A.   *1100-1110   12/07/08   'Waltzing Matilda' 'til s/on in EG to E. Asia.  NX by OM with signal fading from weak to fair.  (Barker-PA) 



9635   MALI   RTV du MALI   0945-1005   12/07/08   OM with presumed nx in FR.  Fair signal but high band noise.  Quite late for Mali transmissions to be heard this QTH.  Recheck at 1050 still coming in but poor. (Barker-PA) 



9710   AUSTRALIA   R.A.   1049-1100*   11/07/08  in Pidgin and EG with music until 1059.  '...Matilda' until 1100*  (Barker-PA)
