[HCDX] Kenwood R 600 meter lamp replacement

The lamp illuminating the meter in my Kenwood R600 has burned-out. Original replacement is item:  B 30-0824-05, 8 V, 40 mA, but I doubt it would be available, despite I've placed a query to http://www.kenwoodparts.com/

I've seen that I can replace it with a "white diffused lens type LED that will last a lifetime and should never need replacement".

Any ideas on how to find one?
