CUBA    9600 R.H.C., noted  in  Spanish, at 1125, with Noticiero para Cuba. Id. at 1130.

             34433  2009/12/16

KOREA, North  6250  Pyongyang B.S. presumed, in Korean, in progress at 2320, with

              exalted (live?) speech excerpts, presented by a YL ann. and several patriotic

              songs. Weak.  25331   2009/12/19

MALI     9635 R.Mali, in French, at 1150, with traditional songs, and I d. at 1200.

             33442  2009/12/16

PERU   9720 R.Victoria, Lima, heard with  preacher, at 2357 , for only a few minutes,

            after R.Veritas ending txm. at 2356.  24442    2009/12/16

RWANDA  6055 R.Rwanda, in French, from 1945 onwards, with some very interesting

                    Vocals, sometimes solo. Hard rx. untill CRI leaves the air at 1957, than fair.

                    No Id. at TOH, but several mentions to Rwanda, at 2018.

SRI LANKA/GERMANY  6045 Voice of Tigers, via Nauen, with non-stop songs, heard
