Peru, 6019.238, Radio Victoria, 2318-2330,  Noted a
male in Spanish language comments.
comments seemed to be secular rather than religious.
Unfortunately there's a lot of splatter
and QRM near this frequency which is destroying the
readablity.  Signal was poor.

Bolivia, 4699.97, Radio San Miguel, 2327-2335,  Noted a
threshold signal here this evening 
with a female possibly in Spanish language comments.
No other details were possible.
