Re: [HCDX] [dxld] Ireland football final on SW now
SOUTH AFRICA 17500 / 17880 Better signals in Netherlands, Germany and
Austria heard on 17880 kHz, around 1550 UT live sports final coverage. S=7-8
in U.K., S=9+10dB signal noted in Austria and Germany. On 17500 kHz little
weaker signal, S=6-7 in U.K., S=8-9 in Austria and Germany.
7480 kHz outlet from Meyerton-AFS to southern Africa did not propagate that
long path into Europe ...
I presume the signal is better this afternoon on All Ireland Football Final,
compared to rather weaker signal on GAA All Ireland Hurling Final at Sunday,
4 September.
