[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 8/19/17

Carrier signals (no audio) from DU were heard on 612 (4QR?) and 702 kHz (2BL?) before sunrise (1152 GMT).  The signal on 612 faded away just before sunrise, while 702 continued until 1205.
