I don't think KVTK has used their 71 watts night
power in the past five years at least. They may be the most flagrant
abuser in the U.S. [although there may be a few others who could qualify
for that title]. A MI station on 1580 comes to mind.
KVTK has been heard throughout most of the western
U.S. It's almost tougher to not hear them than it is to hear
them.
