Re: [IRCA] [HCDX] International Reply Coupons

Here at San Juan, a fw of the Post Office locations and I quote a few, dont
sell the IRCs. The general Post Office center do sell these usefull items
however, I know its a "pain on the neck" for them evry time I show on the
line wearing my NP4FW hat. They know I am gonna for them.

I place special attention on two facts: first, that they seel me the new
IRCs and most important, that the postal clerk place the corresponding rubbe
stamp wher it must go.

Apart from an IRC, I dont include "green stamps" no more on my envelopes.
Some people, somewhere, keep the green stamps and the QSL never shows up.

Best to all folks and keep om FISTing
