This might be a rare catch, but seems like someone forgot to "turn the 
lights out" tonight on 5kw 1480 WADR Remsen NY. It is IDing as "Utica's soft 
favorites, Ninety five five FM WUTQ"
 
WUTQ is actually the 3 watt night time signal on 1550 AM in Utica along 
with its FM translator trimulcast.
