Conditions here down from yesterday morning.  Just the powerhouse
stations heard this morning here. 

153     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1405-1410 fair with man in Russian.
189     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1411 fair with man in Russian.  
279     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1412 good with man in Russian.
594     JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1509 in late with a weak signal with Japanese.
774     JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1413 good with NHK website address 
           given out after English Radio Conversation program.    
828     JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1503 weak with man in Japanese.
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1420-1433 poor signal at times.
